one on one interviews

I had a one on one with the partner next to us to see the advantages and disadvantages and differences of a questionnaire and a face to face interviews
an advantage of doing face to face interviews is the follow up questions you may get based on the things the interviewee is saying
a disadvantage is that the people could be making up their answers and plus if your face to face they might be scared to tell the truth in case of repercussions that may happen where as when you do it as a questionnaire it is more safe for them sometimes when you are having a face to face discussion when the interviewee answers in a way you weren’t expecting and didn’t want then that might spoil the flow of the interview. however overall I think I would prefer one to ones because you are more likely to get more out of the interviewee because of the follow up questions and sometimes the fact that they might not want to write there long winded answers on paper it would take long or there isn’t enough space it would be so much easier to do it as an interview.

  1. Clear understanding shown here Rashid, but watch your English- quite a few mistakes - high grades need high quality written work (you can always spell check in Word)
